I was so excited when my friend Mike asked me to do his and Sara's engagement photos last fall. As you know, I love the portrait. This was to be that and much more, double the pleasure so to speak. I was again a little nervous, as this would be a very special moment. These photos would solidify a huge turning point in these two's lives. Something they would have for the rest of their days to look back and cherish the memory of when it all began. Yeah, I didn't want to mess this up!

So after doing some research on poses and other ideas that would make this special for them, I made my plan for the shoot.

It went well. We meet in the evening so that we could capture some images with the sun falling in the sky. It was fun and we all had a good time, we even drank wine!
